How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We strongly recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to validate your warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 5-year warranty on all bicycle frames and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.
